but where does Program, World Record, Beyond, A detective Story, and Marticulated fit into the story?
"Beyond" is set after The Matrix Revolutions.
If, during the first movie, the year inside the Matrix is 1999, and the next 2 movies are set 6 months later, the year inside the Matrix cannot be later than June 2000.
You see a computer log with a date of 2003 during Beyond, so it's definitely later than the Matrix movies.

Beyond can't be after Revolutions simply because everyone is aware of the Matrix at the end (remember Smith assimilated everyone and took over the Matrix before the final battle).
shareim guessing its like this:
1 - second renaissance parts 1 and 2
2 - matriculated (appears to be right after the war but before all humans are enslaved by the machines and put in the matrix because those humans have a facility set up somewhere where they do what they are doing to captured machines)
3 - matrix
4 - kids story
5 - final flight of the osirus
6 - matrix reloaded/enter the matrix
7 - matrix revolutions
8 - beyond
its hard to tell for the episodes "world record", "detective story", and "program" since it isnt really descriptive enough. if i remember "program" takes place entirely in that ship and in the training program. "world record" could have taken place within like a 20 year span or so. as far as "detective story" goes it has like an old detective movie feel to it but it cant take place before the matrix was made because that wouldnt make sense. so i guess it could really take place at any time since the matrix was created. although it just feels to me like its before the first matrix movie and it feels like its before neo was freed and met trinity since trinity is the main person the detective is after.

Detective Story is probably pre- Matrix 1 as well. The private detective is after Trinity, and doesn't even mention Neo, so it's likely she's still the main target everyone's after.
