Complete rubbish. Even if she was considered it doesnt take long to realise she doesnt hold any acting, singing or.. any talent really?

Besides, I dont think she would want to break a fingernail in those tough action scenes.

She is the single most vile 'thing' on the planet. So glad they have somebody with a class acting talent heading the movie franchise.

I've got to take exception on that there.

I think Lindsay Lohan is more vile. At least Posh keeps her mouth shut now.

To be fair, at the time when this all happened (98-2000) she was still somewhat attractive.

As for being considered, that was all there was to it. Nearly every British actress, model, and singer was considered at one point, but that doesn't amount to much.
