Knowing Bryce was under duress.

For someone who's had an assistant for years, I find it hard to believe she couldn't tell just from the mannerisms that Bryce was trying very hard to convey to her that something was wrong when she asked him to send her the file/key to the map. Just watching him earlier in this movie, (even if you missed the first one), and learning his natural manner, it was way too obvious that he was sending her a message of trouble when she kept pushing him to just send the file.

Think of your co-workers or family members,...we learn how to read them and can tell when something's off. This really bugged me for some reason that for such a brilliant person as she's portrayed to be, and so able and quick to read total strangers, she couldn't tell didly about the status of her own assistant?

It may be a silly thing to get hung up on but man, it just bugs me. It makes her look so lame. Ugh.

I totally agree with you on this! Watched this movie today on TV and this is the biggest flaw imho ;-)

I don't mind flaws or things that don't jive, but this was just way, way too obvious.

I'm sure you meant that as a joke, I know. But, for real, (I mean if this played out as portrayed), Bryce is so hyperactive and very excitable. He reacts very dramatically, he is full of energy regardless of what he and Lara are working on or talking about. To have a conversation they both know is extremely important
