Well, she was semi-nude in the first movie.

There was a rumor she was going to go topless at some point in TR2, but it never panned out. I assume by topless they meant another "shower" scene a la the first film.

I know a bikini outfit was rumored to have been vetoed because she wasn't comfortable with her body, but I'd never heard anything about a body double.
