Why is this not in Blu-Ray?

Tomb Raider is out in Blu-Ray, but The Cradle of Life is DVD only.
What's the deal here?

there is a german region free bluray edition. you can find it on ebay but too expensive.

Dunno. Seems they would have put one out by now. It isn't Hamlet.

Can't deny that's one reason.

I'm a completist, plus one of the few who actually liked the movie.

It's been floating around in the bargain BluRay bin at my local Wal-Mart for months now. Either there are dozens of copies in there or no one is buying the single one that's always on top.
