I haven't seen either one of them, but for those that have seen both of them which film was better?

Definitely Kingdom of Heaven (the 3hr director's cut).

Oh good lord, Kingdom of Heaven easily. Definitely worth a watch. Ridley Scott's version of Robin Hood is an absolute bore.
