What Does Chris Say?

When she's talking to Sue in the bowling alley around 38 minutes in, she says, "This is Carrie White's fault! She walks around like she...." I can't understand the rest of what she's saying & it's bugging me. Can anyone help me out?

She walks around like she gets her massengill blessed down at holy family.

I admit it doesn't make that much sense. Why would Carrie use Massengill, and why would she need it blessed at all??
