Question about ending (SPOILERS)

I just saw the Carrie remake the other day. After the prom scene when Carrie gets in the bathtub to wash up, it seems like she gets out of a trance she was in and asks her mother, who shows up right after, what happened. It seemed like she didn't remember what happened at the prom, that she was in a trance. That's what I got out of it. What do you guys think?

This version makes it clear that Carrie (unlike the 1976 film and the novel) went into a shock induced trance (thereby losing control of her telekinetic abilities) after the pig blood was dropped on her. When she gets home, she snaps out of it and remembers nothing (until Sue presumably tells her later when she saves her from drowning)

Also, when Helen & Miss Desjardin go up on the stage to help her, you can see Carrie's pupils dialate.

And she got tunnel vision and was completely blank-faced, no reactions to Ms. D waving her hands in front of her.
