Two questions about the shower scene

Specifically the layout of the shower stalls. During the aerial flyover of the stalls, it kinda looks like there are two rows of stalls (i.e. Each stall would have a front door and a back door to access the second aisle of stalls. When Ms. Desjarden finds Carrie lying on the floor of her stall, it aost looks like theres another stall behind in the background. Does this make sense? Am I correct, or just imagining things?

Secondly, how in the world were the girls able to peek over the stalls? I mean, maybe Tina pulled herself up and braced her feet on the wall to check on Carrie, but when they all start harassing her, they're just standing there like it's the easiest thing in the world. Did they have mini step ladders in there??

I don't really know the answers, but here are my guesses:

1) There could have been private changing stalls behind the showers, or maybe toilets.

2) Who knows whether the girls were actually all up there, or if Carrie was imagining some of them being there as she was trapped inside, terrified. Also if you look carefully, the walls aren't all that high. Some of the girls are tall enough to stand on their toes and look over. Finally, I think camera angle has something to do with it. But yeah, maybe they used step ladders to emphasize Carrie's panic.

Joshua 1:9 ... unashamed.
