Did anyone download these HD versions of Carnivale?

Are the in 1080p? Are these permanant downloads of the episodes?

I'm so tired of waiting for the Blu-ray sets of these unique TV art that I consider downloading the episodes...

I think they're 720p.

You don't "own" the videos from what I heard (in case their license for something expires for example) but I think they let you know ahead of time. I haven't bought anything on InstantVideo though.

They're also available on iTunes at a cheaper price, though.
