A somewhat proper ending?
I know it was cancelled, but did it have one? (no spoilers please)
shareThe show was planned to have six seasons, with every two seasons forming one "book," so essentially the two seasons we got form a cohesive story that ties up in the last episode. However, there are definitely cliff-hangers and things that leave you guessing, which would have been answered in the third season; it's frustrating, but I don't find it nearly as bad as some do. Certainly, it doesn't make the show pointless to watch -- it's one of the finest series ever aired, and certainly the most atmospheric and visually beautiful.
