Samson - least favorite character

I guess a lot of people like him but I honestly find his acting rather weak. He's a decent character, I just wish someone had killed him. It would have been cool if the carnival had him "pick a number" in the second to last episode.

I disagree. Samson was great.

The show just wouldn't be the same without him.

As far as bad casting goes, i'd go with Ben... Although he grew up on me with the time, he never totally convinced me.

Plus i never really forgave him for botching John Connor's iconic character!

My 2 cents...

haha...this! Ben was definitely my least favorite of the very strong ensemble cast because I just don't like this actor. MJA, on the other hand--I've been a fan since his X-Files appearance, all those years ago. So fitting that he now plays the owner of a freak show. Poetic, even.

That is initally what got me interested.

I too found Samson to be the weakest actor of the series. Great visual, great concept, but the actor himself simply did not convince me that he wasn't anything more than someone reciting lines. There was a certain insincerity in Samson's dialogue that I can't define but I could never fail to detect.
He acted his part as though reading from a book.

Nope, he did a decent enough job.
