It seems a strong possibility, second time I watched this I too thought there was something a bit dodgy about the party scene. But given how Will was presented I had my doubts that he wouldn't have picked up on his brothers latent homsexuality and the same thing goes for the Mickster, and I doubt the latter would've kept anything secret from the former.
Presumably Davie was just curious and naturally inclined towards bisexuality but not yet sure on whether to act or repelled by the idea, but I doubt this had any bearing on his reaction to being raped and it would've been traumatic and devastating to any man whatever the sexuality
