When Davey's riding in the orange taxi and he says, "Hey, turn it up". Who's the band?

I've been wanting to know what the song is too. I think it might be by Simon Fisher Turner, or SFT.

I want the whole soundtrack to this film... it was amazing, and your question is the same as mine... I want to know... but I can't find it anywhere!

UPDATE! in googling I found this:

mute records put up the entire soundtrack to the film in a digital download/purchase format.

unfortunetly they don't have the album up for purchase now... so I am working on finding out how to get it. I'll update here if I find anything.
