How the heck was this movie pitched?
That's my question.
This movie is lame and boring beyond belief. How the hell did the writer sell his material and manage to get it made into a movie? Did it go something like this?
EXECUTIVE: SO WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON? WHAT'S YOUR IDEA?
WRITER: WELL I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THIS STORY THAT REVOLVES AROUND THIS YOUNG DRUG DEALER WHO GETS RAPED BY AN OLD MAN AND IN TURN COMMITS SUICIDE. HIS BROTHER RETURNS FROM OBSCURITY TO HUNT DOWN AND KILL THE RAPIST.
EXECUTIVE: THAT'S BRILLIANT! HERE'S $10 MILLION DOLLARS!
