Scar on the blonde 'boyfriend'

The boyfriend of the girl who Davey sold coke to. He works for Malcolm McDowell. Anyway, when he shows up outside that head gangster's house in the garden and he's in that body bag and he gets unzipped and it shows he's naked, what is that weird scar on his side? I've seen A LOT of scars in my day, all kinds and I've never seen one like that. Can someone clue me in?

It wasn't the boyfriend in the bodybag.
It was the older blonde guy, the one who worked for Turner. He was seen earlier, heckling Will from his car while Will was walking down the sidewalk, and then again in Turner's car, mistakenly telling Turner that Will was no threat.
Don't remember the scar on his side, though - anyone?
