Let me start by saying that Angels in America is one of my all-time favorite movies(and I'm a straight guy), and I'm not suggesting that this movie should be remade, but given how remake- and adaptation-crazy Hollywood seems to be nowadays, it wouldn't surprise me if in the next few years, this play/miniseries gets adapted for the silver screen.
Thoughts?
1. I don't know what your orientation has to do with it. I'm straight and love gay themed films, this might be my favorite.
2. Could happen, but I hope not. This version was as good as it could be. I wouldn't mind seeing a version of a live performance put in movie theaters as a special.

I don't know what your orientation has to do with it.Well, most people seem to think that if you're a guy and you love this movie/play then you must be gay. But I agree, sexual orientation shouldn't dictate one's taste in movies.
Gosh, I hope not. It's perfect the way it is, and any attempt at a remake would be a disappointment.
