what was the point of the actor who was in front of handsome rob when he was stuck in traffic? that part made no sense to me and was kinda annoying...

If I remember correctly, Handsome Rob was timing how long it took to drive from one point to another. The guy in traffic was messing with his timing because they needed to know exactly how long it would take. Or something to that effect. Moreover, I think it was just supposed to be a funny scene. I thought it was. But, I could be wrong here. If I am, anyone feel free to correct me. And please, if you can, see my earlier post entitled "Time Goof." No one wants to back me up on it.

Well its funny because they are in Hollywood, so there has to be a few actors who rehearse while driving. The whole scene is just a demonstration of what it's like to drive in LA.

I like it when Rob yells at the actor, and the actor suddenly starts doing his line in Rob's accent.

it's because it is Hollywood. there are wanna be actors out there and they practice all the time, even in traffic. It's just a joke to let people know what it's like to drive in Hollywood.
