Mother Freaking Ukranians

Does anyone else feel like it is pointless to limit F-bombs to once? If it is so unacceptable for kids, why let them hear it at all? And why once, instead of twice, or three times? They should have just cut or changed his line. It sounds really stupid with freaking. Like a kid who was about to cuss on the phone until his mom walked in.

What is the logic behind "only one f-bomb" for PG-13?

Its such a bad word we can't have kids hearing it.... more than once per film?!?!

This is mostly an American thing, I think.
Americans are obsessed with the f-word, or at least that's how it seem whenever that word is restricted.
Obsession over something causes the obsessed to see or notice the object of obsession (or lack thereof) everywhere.
I'm from a country where swearing isn't a big deal. In fact it's NO deal. So I don't care, and therefore never notice it (except if it is sloppily DUBBED out).
