Quite possibly, the worst film I have ever seen.

Seriously. I've seen so many movies, but this just might be the worst. I heard it was bad, but I thought it just MIGHT be one of those movies that are "so bad, it's good." Uh no. This movie was so bad, it was just BAD. I've seen better acting in a preschool play. Then the random flashes of the video game EVERY TIME someone died or a zombie was killed got old the second time it was used. What a failure of a movie. This movie should be banned in every country, just because.

If there is anyone out there who enjoyed this movie, by all means speak up. I would like to hear it from your side.

I enjoyed the movie, but not because it was good. It was so bad it was good.

There are a couple of really funny scenes that were unintentional.

It is indeed a gargantuan piece of crap, but it is damn hilarious to watch with friends and alcohol, especially when you all start doing an MST3K style riffing of it.

It's bad on an epic scale, however if you seek the genuine worst film ever made, as in the most badly acted, directed, scripted, edited and looking like it has a budget of 10 dollars, watch the film Ben and Arthur on youtube. This is a genuine film that was shown theatrically in a handul of theatres and it is so damn bad that it's legendary, read the youtube comments and the threads here on imdb and you will get but a brief glimpse into the horror that this film is.

How were you not entertained by this? How were you not busting out laughing at the video game footage? Or the poser Matrix camera angles? I can't get my head around this.

Lol ok I guess if I would have watched it with friends it would have been hilarious. I didn't watch it with anyone else though, so I suppose that might have had something to do with my disliking it.

House of the Dead definitely is one of the worst films I've watched. And no, it isn't because I have some type of dislike towards the director; I watched this film when it was first released and just realized today and it was directed by Mr. Boll.

Even though I watched this movie six years ago, I remember this movie well because it was so bad. Seriously, it's so bad I want friends who do not believe how bad it is to believe me.

I have never said this about a film on IMDB - I usually only post positive comments - but House of the Dead warrants such a response from me.

Yeah, what was up with the pointless slow motion panning of the people with guns?

I watched this movie so long ago. I felt very stupid for watching it. The video game footage was retarded.

omg worst film ever hated it especially when the teens started using machine guns like they are experts and in slo mo.stupid movie second one is a little better.
