Rampage is one of my favorite movies. I thought the picture for it looked bad ass on Netflix then saw, at the time, the dreaded name Uwe Boll after the word director. I went ahead and watched it anyway and was pleasantly surprised. It was the first Uwe Boll movie I had watched in it's entirety. I had attempted to watch Bloodrayne, and got bored however I did go back with a new mentality and finished it. Since then I've seen a lot of Uwe Boll movies. Bloodrayne and Bloodrayne 2 aren't that bad actually. Postal I didn't know wtf was going on half the time because I was pretty drunk when I watched it and the movie itself is nonsense. Seed was absolute garbage. I'm now interested in watching this movie as I just bought HOTD4 off PSN today. I don't think Uwe Boll deserves all the hate he has gotten. He's just someone that decided he wanted to direct movies and had the money to do so. It's clear from Rampage that he genuinely tries his best at making movies despite any formal training. Although I am unsure why he makes most of his movies based off video games. I suppose it's to piggyback on the established fanbase to generate revenue.
