my friend says their brother is autistic and retarded, and although he is mentaly chalenged (i can tell, trust me), i am 98% possitive that you can't be both autistic and retarded. But before i go around assuming she is just dumb or is trying to get attention, i want to be sure, cause if im wrong and i am the dumb one, i would feel bad about thinking that way. So, am i right in assuming that you cant be both autistuc and retarded?
