I don't live in Anderson, but close. I live in Saluda, NC. I live as clsoe to the Greenville watershed as anyone can, co all in all I'm about 30 miles from Greenville. Not just Greenville County but actual GREENVILLE; Cherrydale Point, Woodruff Rd. etc.
The town that I live in is super small, population only about 900.

you have got to be kidding me. I live in a small town in the Carolina's and happen to be a very internet savy person. you seem to be the small minded one, i see that you are in 8th grade, so I will end this here. cheers

i grew up in seneca,sc. (you should know where that is...only like 15mins from where i lived to anderson) i thought it was so cool watching this movie and seeing things like the Anderson Independent newspaper and the newspaper article that said something about Hanna beating Daniel, because i knew what they were talking about. plus, ive been to hanna for football games, since i was in the seneca band.

I go to Fort Mill high which is kinda close to Anderson but still havent seen the movie even though the whole town was talking about it when it was coming out. But i did get to meet radio, the real person, at the football game between fort mill and tl hanna. he gives the coolest autographs which is basically just a bunch of scribbles. He even did this cheer with the cheerleaders and with pompoms~ What was even better was watching him yell at the football team like the coach, even though tl hanna creamed our team. Anyway, thought i might like to share.

I live in Columbia, SC...which is the capital but still goes by unoticed in many films. Im only in 9th grade and I go to a private school, dont worry...haha, ur not alone...But this movie is a very touching movie...I think more movies should be made like this...not those stupid murder movies about "gangsta"..u can never try to match it up with "scarface" or "the godfather" and by the way, its ponounced "gangster"...most of the other movies u see today are pointless with no meaning...this one actually has meaning, Radio is a very meaningful movie...i think alot of ppl dont like this movie, because its about a person from a small town...NOT EVERYONE LIVES IN NY OR CALIFORNIA...there are other states...and I think alot of ppl just dont want a movie that, omg, is a true story about someone from a small town. god forbid there actually be a movie made like that...too many d*amn ppl cant stand the fact that its not a huge murder movie full of suprises and shocks and shi*t like that...but it is prolly one of the best movies ever made...ppl just need to except the fact...its like u cannot make a movie about a mentally challenged person, its like wrong to them, but ppl need to wake up and realize how talented they are...dont treat them like they cant do anything, hell, they can prolly do more than me and you can...and they are intelligent, ppl just need to stop being so conceited and worrying about them d*amn selves and notice how good these ppl are.
