So all the towns men flock to the barbershop to hear Coach Jones talk about every game? Fifteen old guys sittin’ in a barbershop at 9-10:00 at night?night? huh? did that bug anyone? Wait... im still watching it.. NOW THE ENTIRE TOWN GATHERS THERE!?!?! THE ENTIRE TOWN to hear the Coaches philosophy?! must be a small town thing... or a Hollywood thing!?

In this particular case, it was a Hollywood thing. The pow-wows didn't really happen. The writers wanted a way for Coach Jones to have interaction with the boosters on-screen.
