Do you understand how shallow, cruel, and insensitive asking this makes you sound? Tying up a person for any reason, let alone being retarded, is a cruel and viscious act. It's very traumatic and it's nothing to laugh at.

If you thought that was funny, you need to watch movies that deals with the Nazis. You would find it really funny how the Nazis were cruel to Jews and other inferior races.
Personnally, I view actions like that towards a weaker person is on the same level of evil as the Nazis were.
