Great News, I've found the bag. It is the Tod's Computer Bag. Tod stores no longer carry it since it is 2 years old. It can however be purchased from the Tod's outlet in Woodbury Commons. As of yesterday they have four bags left in their inventory. It costs $595, huge drop from the original price of $2400, with 30% off. The phone number is (845) 928-3636.
