soy...as in tofu

cheesecake was made out of tofu

i know that - but why was he eating that?

because he has high cholesterol, his wife is forcing him to eat more healthy.

He's trying to make an analogy that people can change. If he's willing to change his eating habits an eat a soy cheesecake, than other people can change for the better as well.
