Song during the Final Scene - what is it?

There is a song in the final scene where Lucy and George have their romantic kiss after his speech in the Legal Aid office, and she runs out after him. The song in the background sounds like Al Green. And there is a song listed on IMDB soundtrack with Al Green called "Love is a Beautiful Thing", but I located that song on an album on Amazon ("Your Heart's in Good Hands"), and from the preview of the song, it does not seem to be the same song as in the movie.

Tried iTunes of course, but couldn't find it either.

The song is Al Green's "Love is a Beautiful Thing", but the preview Amazon & iTunes had might not have been the part of the song they played in the movie. The part they use in the movie is the first part of the song & then the very end, but that is the song.
