Song in movie has me STUMPED!

Does anyone out there know the name/artist of the song that is playing when Sandra rushes up to Hugh and they kiss at the end of the film? Everyone keeps saying that is it Al Green's Love is a Beautiful Thing, but no, that's not it. That song comes a little later in the film. I'm talking about the one that plays when they first embrace. If you listen closely, it sounds like whoever is singing (and it may Al Green here as well) says "Hold me ....I'm still in love with you." I have done some digging and found that Al Green released by in the 70's a song titled I'm Still in Love with you, but the samples of that song sound nothing like the snippet you hear in the movie. It does sound like Al Green. I'm wondering if he redid his first release of that song specifically for this movie. Does anyone know what this song is in the movie? I'm really hooked on it and would love to get a copy of it. PLEASE HELP! Thanks!

It is "Love is a Beautiful Thing" by Al Green - but it was mixed slightly different in the movie than on the soundtrack. You can buy the song off of Napster for $0.99 (or maybe less of of Walmart's online music store) - if you do, listen to the end of the song - as it fades out, you hear the part that is used as the intro for the movie.

Indeed - it starts - "let's stay together....'cause I'm still in love with you", and moves into repeated "beautiful thing"s.

Not when she rushes out to meet Hugh...It's definitely Al Green's Let's Stay Together, then it blends into Love Is a Beautiful Thing. Odd. The Counting Crows "Big Yellow Taxi" is a great song, but plays later in the credits and at other times in the movie, like when Lucy is on the pier.

How's this gonna work if you don't do what I say?
