When Meryl said to Lucy "I only saw you cry when Bush won..." Do you think that that's a reflection on Sandra Bullock's real political views? I'm just curious and I've been wondering that since I saw the movie for the first time cute line though.

Yeah, I was wondering that too, very funny line. But she is playing a character who seems to be very liberal, very tree-huggerish so the line was for her character, maybe those are her political views, maybe they aren't. That's a very good question though. I'm glad someone wrote about it.
