I totally agree with Hugh lover. I think he is so hot in the film as he does in all his films. I love Hugh!

reply

I agree with you Hugh Grant fans!! Hugh CAN act, i love all his movies, he makes them soo great, he is a total crack up and just so loveable!

reply

I don't know why everyone thinks that he can't act. I think that he is good. And he's so sexy too!

I keep re-watching this movie on TMN! I can't help myself. That final kiss has to be one of the best all time movie kisses! My other favorite movie kiss is Colin Firth and Renee Z at the end of Bridget Jone's Diary...must be something with those Brit lips!!

reply

LOL. I love that Bridget Jones kiss too. I love that "Nice boys don't kiss like that," little comment and Mark Darcy's reply.

I just recently watched the 2004 Brit. mini North and South with Richard Armitage (Robin Hood/Spooks) and Daniela Denby-Ashe (My Family/Eastenders). If you think the kiss in TWN and BJD was hot, you should catch the kiss at the end of N & S. You might just have a new favorite movie kiss. And FYI you can also find it on youtube.com.

I literally just finished watching Two Weeks Notice again and was thinking 'wow that kiss reminds me of Bridget Jones'! I agree both films have the best romantic scenes. I also agree that the one in North & South is hot too *sigh*. I actually did prefer this to Notting Hill...sorry!

(And Hugh Grant? I'm British and think he looks great in this film) ;)

reply

I know it is sacrilege for a Hugh fan to say this, but I like Two Weeks Notice better than Notting Hill! I like it when he is more articulate and intelligent, after all it doesn't stop him looking and sounding so good!!

reply

I can understand why you like this better. Notting Hill was really chick-flicky. I personally liked Notting Hill better. It was so sweet when they got together! I almost cried. He looked way better in Two Weeks Notice though. Two Weeks Notice is still a very good movie. It's quite funny, but more comedy than romantic.

reply

This is way better than "Notting Hill". Hugh and Sandra have way better chemistry. And, NH just seemed so very contrived. Julia was basically playing herself. It just didn't work for me.

reply

WOW, you all think he's hot. Personally here in London not many people see him here like that and I am one of them, he is a good actor but in looks nope. I think it's the accent that does it for some Americans, you love our wonderful accent YES IT'S HOT!!!

I love his accent. It is very sexy. But I think everything else about him is hot too. I know many people who don't find him so hot though.

reply

I just think he has this air of a really well brought up person + of course the accent, but more of the former thing that makes me just want to keep watching his movies.

I saw him for the first time in Sense and Sensibility, his role isn't that big, but when he finally proposes, the scene is quite touching.

Huge ego, sorry.
e-candy for you to guess what that anagram deciphers to.
