.. would make an epic episode.

Monk would be the only person in the city not infected because of his rigorous hand cleaning and well-honed germ avoidance techniques.

Yeah but also really smug in a "I was right all along" way.

He'd be so wrapped up in his own cleverness that he'd have minimal sympathy as people suffered.

I am freaked out and I don't have any of his phobias. This could cause an entirely carastrophic event like The Great Depression, so yeah, I am freaking out.

Knowing Monk, the Coronavirus wouldn't actually exist, and one guy would've conned everybody into believing it so he could get away with murdering his wife.

Bacteria are germs.

Fungi are germs.

Protozoa are germs.
