Those peaches that Zero found under the boat and named Sploosh were under that boat since forever right... wouldnt they have fermented or something by time zero found them?????

I was thinking the same thing. I assumed that I shouldn't overthink the logic because it's a movie, but that bothered me slightly.

Probably, but since it's preserved peaches (I think) it probably didn't rot as much as it should've. Zero did get sick after a while.

Properly preserved fruit can last many years.
