The 100+ year old peaches

It always puzzled me how Stanley could eat those 100+ year old peaches and not be gagging from the stench of old fruit or be super sick as a result of eating them, him and zero. Just watched it and still love it though.

reply

Don't glass jars, sealed air tight, help preserve the contents inside? Maybe the peaches were preserved, and out of the sunlight under his tipped boat.

reply

They also said that some of the jars Zero had ate the from were looser than others, possibly meaning they weren't sealed as well and could have gone bad, thats why he got sick.

reply

But he did got sick and vomited later, didn't he?

reply

No that wasn't the reason, because Stanley ate them to but he didn't get sick.

reply

Yeah but Zero had eaten a lot more and for a longer period

reply

I just read canned food can be microbiologically safe for 100 years but that's using modern canning techniques. Theoretically it seems possible if the contents hadn't been exposed to air or anything that in a last ditch effort to survive they could have been eaten.

reply

No but probably make u fart a lot

After they found and rested at God's thumb, Stanley did say that Zero's farting kept him awake.

reply

That was from the onions.

reply

He didn't eat as much and therefore didn't get sick right away. Zero, who had eaten more, got sick and weak. Zero was not better until he ate the onions. The onions are what kept Stanley from getting sick.

I voted for Frenchie and Dia like a sex donkey on Xanax.

reply

Well Stanley didn't eat that much and when he and Zero are climping God'said thumb, Stanley says something about getting Zero a hot fudge Sunday and Zero responds by saying the "sploosh" is getting to him.

reply

I think the Sploosh did make him sploosh...in his drawers.
