weird or what

There I was, watching Crime Spree and thinking about how it'similar to Lock / Stock and Snatch but, more importantly, not really minding and then...the DVD finished, I turned the player off and Snatch was playing on TV! So, I watched it - as you do - and thought of the following: Crime Spree may be a 'copy' but it's also pretty tight. Snatch tends to ramble and some of the speeches are, well, just speeches which go no where and add nothing to the narrative. Like 'Cutie', Ritchie writes some funny dialogue and characters get great lines but say nothing. ZERO. The DVD yak track to Snatch provides further insight. Guy and 'Vaughn' talk about how scenes were going to be longer and how the whole thing needed trimming. What am I on about? LS&TSBs begot Snatch which begot Crime Spree and there's nowt wrong with that in my book. Goodmovie. Period. Not great. Who cares if it was a copy
