If you're looking for a movie with a relationship similar to the Isabelle/Theo dynamic, I'd recommend The House of Yes starring Parker Posey.

Eva Green (Isabelle) makes a lot of weird films if you're in the mood for something unique. I'd recommend Womb or Cracks. Eva stars in both of them and I can promise that they will haunt you for days. Very disturbing and unsettling.

Cruel Intentions. It's a trilogy.
But the first one an instant classic and unmatched with the other two.

Performance with Mick Jagger. It was made in 1968.

Also L'homme du Train (The Man on the Train).
