NC-17 vs R rating content difference

NC-17 runs 115 minutes while R runs 112 minutes.

What is the exact content difference between the two?

Audience Network on DirecTV is airing it and I can't figure out which version they are airing. Its running 120 minutes so it's hard to go off that. The guide does say Rated R, however as far as content goes I know Rated R can't show vulva, etc but there are a few scenes where her pubic hair is actually visible so I can't really figure out which version I'm watching. Any help?

So I did some further digging and the version shown on Audience is Rated R.

I found a great site that offers comparisons and although not comprehensive, they do give you the idea. I'm hesitating in posting the link here as it has pictures of the omitted graphics so it might not be okay with forum rules and guidelines. But if someone's interested, the info can be found online elsewhere.
