Hate to spoil some teens wet dreams about Ms. Unions lap dance scene but the part where she takes off bra is actually her body double. Union was very strike during those years regarding being nude so they used a body double to showcase the frontal. If you freeze frame it you can see that the body doubles wig is much thicker than that of Gabrielle's hair in that scene.

Yes she did the whole dance part and started to slip of her bra but the parts showcasing her face while she is supposed to be nude is her wearing a half top/bra to make it look as if she is bare.

Well 1st-where does Gabby end and the body double begin? and 2nd-where/how did you find this out?

Just to be clear, there is no frontal nudity in that scene. There's a couple of shots from behind, where you can see the side of her boobs. It's possible that a body double was used though, for the close-ups and other shots that didn't show her face.
