I would have to go with Cabin Fever as my favorite, but it sure is a close one!

Love them both, but Cabin Fever. Oh, and Part II of Hostel is better than the original

Hostel had a creepier premise, but I enjoyed Cabin Fever more and consider it the better of the two.
