was this a Noozles episode

I was looking at a 1990's Nickelodeon shows category at Wikipedia, and saw an article for this show. I'd sort of forgotten about this, but I started thinkin about an episode of a show that was on Nickelodeon, and I think it was an episode of this show, though I'm unsure.

In the episode, the main girl rushes home to feed Blinkey, and some by character who was attracted to her asked her where she was going, and she said she was going home to feed Blinkey. After the boy asked who Blinkey was, the girl lied about Blinkey being the name of her boyfriend, making the boy want to buy her something (I think it was either a special hat or some flowers). However, the boy either tried to steal what he was after or got into some kind of trouble, causing his mother to refuse to give him any money as punishment. So the boy tried to raise the money needed, and the girl eventually found out and asked her mother for some money so that she can give it to him, only she refused to say why, so her mother chose not to, being annoyed that she's been keeping secrets from her (especially regarding Blineky). However, by the end of the show the boy gets the money he needed and at the same time for some reason the girl's mother decides to give her the money. And by the end of the episode the boy finds out who Blinkey is.

Can anybody fill me in as to whether this was an episode of ths show or some other show, and what the episode title is?
