What did that mean on the police radio?

Was it really BOLO. Be on look out? Hard to hear

They said "POHO related". It was a reference to the first movie and all the strange occurrences that happened where the first film took place a few days earlier in POHO County.

Ah. Thanks! Couldn't figure out the connection that must have been there for them to highlight it onscreen like they did in the movie.
