Just wondering what the favorite scenes in this FANTASTIC film are. Mine is definitely when Cassie and her father are sitting in the tower where he's being held captive so that he will get over his writer's block and he has a complete breakdown. The acting, the lines, and the emotions were just AMAZING!!! I'd love to know what everyone else thinks. Thanks.
When Cassandra refuses to go away with Simon because she knows he is still in love with Rose. Lovely moment for Cassie.
And I guess the first time Cassie meets SImon...at bathtime...too cute. :)
I loved "The Painted Veil." Please do try to see it.
Every scene with Henry Cavill, the scene where Cassandra is with Simon in the woods, the scene where simon's brother---whose name escapes me right now---drops the turkey in Rose's hands, and the scene where they go to the beach and they're all looking at Rose. Really heartbreaking for Cassandra who looks sort of lost as to where she should fit in, it leaves you with a really genuine feeling we've all felt at some time or another.
shareI love any scene with Stephen, but my fav is probably when he asked Cassandra to marry him. I just picture him saying that to me...haha. He seriously would make the perfect husband.

I like the scene where Cassandra shows Simon the midsummer’s eve ritual ... the whole film is splendid; I think it is a beautiful and entrancing.
