Is the nudity the ONLY reason this movie's R? The sole reason?? Thanks

I think so. There is no swearing (i.e. no f word)and the only thing that in my opinion would justify the R rating would be the nudity, which is quiet brief BTW.

Edit: There is a large thread on why it could be rated R. You might want to check it out.
