never read the book
it was recommended to me by netflix.
from the comments it seems the book focused more on cassandra and her family and not so much on the romance?
that might be why, from the perspective of someone who knows nothing beforehand, the movie seemed not to have an ending.. it was like pride and prejudice without elizabeth marrying darcy... right at the end i was thinking "this cant be the end? no way.. don't you dare fade to black.. don't... DAMNIT!"
i guess i should read the book.
