According to the gang members, before they beat up Moly, they make it sound as if the previous security guards harrassed their grandmothers, the elderly carolers, just as Day-Day did. So most likely these gang members beat them up or killed them or something.
As many times as I've seen this movie I always forget what happened to the security guards.
