Bloods and Crips in the same house?

During the final chase sequence, there was the sequence when Santa goes into the house where there were Bloods playing pool downstairs and Crips were upstairs playing video games. I don't get that.

It could be argued that maybe the guys in red weren't Bloods since one of them had blue sleeves, but I don't think that's the case at all. Obviously, one half of the elderly couple in the kitchen was one of the old ladies who happened to have been caroling earlier in the film. Upstairs, there were the same crips who chased after Craig and Day-Day. Obviously, the short one was the old lady's grandson, but I am still wondering about the Bloods.

Why would they even be in the same house since the Bloods and Crips are rivals?
