I mean I know the guy that played Roach is dead but they didn't even mention, that I noticed about what happened to Roach to make them take in the dog when he was seen leaving with him in Next Friday. Did they say anything that I may have missed?
shareI didnt even know he was dead, shame. Erm no there was no explanation as far as I could tell, but there was no explanation why day and his dad lost the house and other stuff aswell, but it doesnt matter. The movie was good.
shareJust because Day-Day moved out and Uncle Elroy was down in the "The Hood" selling barbecue, that was no reason to assume they lost the house. After they got the money from the Joker Brothers, Uncle Elroy was finally able to pay his taxes. Maybe then he might have had a little extra left to open a business.
I figure the reason Day-Day had Chico was because - like Smokey - Roach might have decided to go to rehab and asked Day-Day to keep Chico while he was away.
