Last friday movie??
Has there been any updates on the final movie??? I read that Cube was getting Chris Tucker back for the final film. Is this not happening anymore?

shareIts not happening YET, according to Ice Cube its stuck in development hell. Also just the other day Chris Tucker commented about it saying he would do it if his character had "evolved" from the original movie...

No way this movie sees the light of day now. With all the Ferguson stuff the last thing black people want to see is another movie portraying them as lazy, weed smokin, no job having, gun toting scumbags(Charles Barkley's words).
Matter of fact, if black people want white people to listen to them the whole sub genre will go away. It's tough to protest and say we aren't how you think we are and then turn around and see a stereotypical black comedy.
I wish this movie could happen but Ice Cube has already confirmed that this movie is NOT going to happen.

I waited real long for it, but now I'm starting to think it may not happen. They should have made it before Warner Bros. Pictures bought New Line Cinema. Back in 2012, I was under the impression that it was close to happening. But nooooooo.
