This is on the director's Cut version. This is the scene before Gyun-Woo had mistaken the Girl for another "babe" on the street he wanted to hit on.

The girl's riding a taxi and she noticed that the driver is a pervert and keeps on looking at her through the mirror.The driver's eye isn't concentrating on the road so he accidentally bumped his taxi on a service truck that sucks poo in the sewers, resulting the poo to splatter on the front of the taxi... but this scene doesn't have anything to do with the Shin Cine Employee's vomiting because of the Girl's script. ^_^

Maybe it was just coincidence that he started feeling sick at the same time as he started reading the script (something he ate earlier?). If that's the case, the humor works better if you're not thinking too much about the cause of his sickness, but just loosely associate the script's badness with the man's vomiting. Perhaps the vomiting made the man's reading of the script that much more horrible.

In any case, it's hard to make a case that the script directly caused the vomiting - that would force the audience to suspend disbelief too much (compared with the believability of the rest of the film), IMO.
