shareUm, no. The girl in the second pic is an actress and she isn't even the same girl in the third pic. While the two pics if the guy is authentic, the beautiful girl in the third pic is the actress of the movie.

I should say this at first, I didn't stick together the photos in Photo #1.
Those two photos in Photo #1 exist in web like that originally. And my link is from the main source.
When I separate the Betty Blue photo:

Betty Blue is a 1986 movie. And the photo was made with a Photo Booth machine.

It was something like Photoshop those years. As you remember from the old movies, people enter a cabin and take photos there. And then they receive it as a funny or romantic photograph.
And if you look closely, you will see the FotoBOX writing at the right bottom.
Photo #2:
While I was sharing this photo, I was convinced that the girl in this photo was the real girl.
But now I checked the line where her hair starts in the forehead. She looks pretty much like Jun Ji-Hyun (the actress).
If you check the girl from Photo #1, her hair line is at a higher position.
So which means our The Real Man (Kim Ho-Sik) met with Jun Ji-Hyun.
